Fire Fighter Jaxson

All J. says is when he gets big he wants to be
a Firefighter.
So we found a firefighter halloween costume.
So he was wearing it the other day and was going
to run an errand with me...
And next thing I knew we were at the
fire station getting a one on one tour!!
They showed J. every tool they carry and what they
do and what every button is for.
We learned A LOT!!
 J. getting to drive!!
 J. trying out the water sprayer.
He thought that was pretty cool!
Getting to hold the BIG ax!!
I think his dreams were fulfilled today!!
Thanks to a few great firefighters that
made a little boys day!!!

Flag Football

J. has been playing flag football
for the last 3 weekends.
It is 3-4 year olds.
So the attention span is
pretty short...
J. trying to run by the kid without getting
his flags taken!
He is suppose to be running backwards while
looking over his shoulder....
He has the shoulder part!!
Daddy trying to give him some directions!
 J. kicking the football!

 Warming up!
I must say... I do get a pretty good laugh watching these boys!!

Day 2 activities started out with some more
slides and bouncing.
Then we moved on to face painting
and arts and crafts.
Ema was the first brave one to get her face painted!
 A. and I working hard on trying to make
a beaded cross necklace.  Lil A. was a lot of help with this!

The kids making bandanas!
 A. just waiting to get her hands on something!
Next we moved onto tie dying t shirts for
all the kids!  We started out by putting rubber bands
around the shirts to make patterns.
Next we dipped the t-shirt in the die
I choose to do this for J. so we did not
have a complete mess!!
 E. waiting for her turn!

 J. lost interset and moved onto panning for gold!
 S. and A. dying her shirt.
 A. sound asleep!
 J. and A. panning for gold.

Next J. and J. moved onto golfing.
Quickly distracted by the fire truck.

A fun day with lots of activities to do!!
